500 on Work Matrix

We are not sure when this error started. We expect it was in the MC versions 2022-2025. It is certainly an issue on MC 2025

How to fix the error

There really is no fix. It is a bug that Accruent really isn't likely to fix. So when it happens ignoring it is the only real option.

How to avoid the error:

Don't try to edit LoginHub users in the Password Manager, and remember that if you use LoginHub with and IP (Identity provider), because of another very related bug, you can't set the password expiry if you have any LoginHub IP authorized users.
