These releases were not available except under custom charges. While they included many of the features in 3.x they were missing some key usability features and had others implemented in a way that made them not appropriate for general release.

1.x 2017 custom private product

These releases were not available except under custom charges. It was a very limited set of versions - but solved some specific problems with MC at the time for specific users until MC released a fix of their own.
