MCe timesheet
Intro
TL;DR
The MCe Timesheet entry is optimized to help you whether your intention is: 1. To enter hours that were missed, or
2. To adjust hours to match your work. This is done in organizations that need to allocate all time to one work order or another to add up to the total actual time.
Who are the competitors:
- paper
- XLS files
- a few EAM/CMMS software packages (Compare yours to to ours - we know you'll be pleased!)
MCe:
- Works on Android, IOS, iPads, Windows, Mac, Linux
- Much faster than competitors, even other 'software' options we have seen require far more human time, let us know if you find one that is even close to as fast as ours, we'd like to see the design.
- Let's you do you as well as, for admins, your team
- Dynamically and instantly gives totals by day and by week as changes are made so you can see the results live
- By default gives you your work orders, work orders you were assigned to in the week, work orders you were assigned to
- By default shows the hours that are already recorded for yourself (or the person you are working on for Admins)
- The screen can (and should) be optimized to remove columns you don't need. This can of course be different depending on your access group and/or your repair center or just you specifically if there is a good reason you should be different.
- Remove columns (including days of the week) that you don't use
- Set the widths of the columns, it will remember your selections
- Can show or pick any work order for those cases where work was done on a WO that wasn't assigned to the person.
- You can set up special queries to decide which WOs should be pickable
- You can move forward a week/back a week
- You pick your 1st day of the week, we have customers around the world and there are several days that 'feel right' as the 1st day of the week, and as well that would make sense for looking at the total hours. (Note to be clear comparing to some other software, you can pick ANY day not just the North American Sunday or Monday.)
